Return Window
We have a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. To request a return, please follow the process below. Returns that do not follow this process may be declined.
Eligibility Conditions for Return
Items must be in the same condition as received: unused/unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include: cut-to-order fabrics, rugs, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), and hazardous materials/flammable liquids/gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return (RMA)
Email us or call us using our contact information within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Ship the item(s) back using the provided label. Packages sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Fees & Return Shipping
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
We charge a flat return label charge of $10
Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
International customers: Duties, taxes and import fees are not refundable by Thread To Form. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@threadtoform.com with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (following the process above). Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition, unused/unworn, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
